On vegan diet for some time, I experienced: fatigue, muscle weakness, foggy brain (dizziness, slurred speach), striated nails and thin hair. Lab report showed anemia (B12 OK, Hemaglobin OK, but low MCHC of 31.2 < 33). Tea, coffee, leaky gut and insufficient beans & legumes in diet. Not going to take any iron pills.

I've been Iron deficient all my life. You mentioned drinking tea when taking the pills - don't do that unless you are drinking herbal tea (the tannin in the tea will bind with the iron and your body will not be able to take it up.) Initially I was prescribed the regular iron pills and had side effects like you describe. I don't take them now. Instead I take Gentle Iron pills by Solgar. Much easier on my system and they work to raise my iron levels as evidenced by my bloodwork.

i got once as a gift a body scrub from rituals and it also had too much liquid/oil like yours. i added more plain sugar to mine 🤡 that mascara looks interesting actually, though as a fellow millennial, they will have to pry my mascara with a simple silicone wand out of my dead cold hands 😃

What was your iron level at mine was at 13 after 5 months of taking iron it’s now at 15 umol how long did you have to take iron to get back to normal

I was curious and checked the ingredients - the shimmer in Little Frog is not glitter (as in plastic particles), but the kind of shimmer „flakes“ like in that viral Fenty highlighter. I also remember a video from the owner of Glamshop and she explained once that matte with shimmer doesn‘t really improve the formula or it‘s not even meant to add shine, but it‘s purely for the visual effect in the pan. I don‘t mind those shades, but I also never really use them on their own and I always prime and set before using eyeshadows. The delight of having oily, hooded eyelids. Nothing stays otherwise 😅 I may have to do a few tests like you do, for science 😃

Yes I've got thin hair and am breathless with rapid heart beat , cold all the time and tired all the time. I have dry lips too but that might be lip balm dependency. I've been like this for nearly 30 yrs. I drink a lot of tea which hinders iron absorption.

Wow your palettes came so far! So Many pans! Very annoying about the ND palette, I’d be annoyed too. I always miscount my shadows, I don’t get it either lol.

im currently going through this now. the dr asked if i was tired and i said yeah… but life is tiring overall. im working full time, my boyfriend has colon cancer and has a surgery planned, my father had two strokes, so like you said other factors causing the irregular heartbeats and fatigue (my symptoms). im referred for iron infusions and im hoping with supplementation and eating a higher protein diet i will beat this.

I like the one by It Cosmetics better. It doesn’t make your skin feel really tight, it doesn’t have the white residue, and you apply it on top of your skincare and makeup. I usually apply 2 layers, letting them dry in between.

My dear, you should always take iron supplements with vitamin C (lemon, orange juice etc). Otherwise, our body cannot absorb iron. 😉 And find sth that doesn’t irritate the stomach (like Tardyferon). Probably, taking iron during your period would be enough..

I bought this for my 78 mom and I have to agree it totally works. It's temporary but it works!

I have the Revolution retinol you received. I bought it as a discontinued product a while ago. It does have a weird smell. By weird I mean - not vinegar nor expired/bad product smell. I am happy with the product and have no complaints about it. You need only a small amount when you use it, so the bottle lasts a long time.
